Is it okay for her to keep secrets from her husband, even if it's something low-stakes like this?

I don't trust somebody who has no secrets. I know that it's important to share private personal details with your close family and friends, and I'm no stranger to being an oversharer. I will literally tell people I barely know the most horrifically embarrassing things that have ever happened to me without thinking twice about it. I think that most things that are at least a little bit funny are worth sharing with others. However, I do have some secrets that I am not letting go of, for no other reason than I want to keep some deeply personal things to myself. 

Once you get married and have kids with someone, you might want to tell them all of your secrets. That might include telling them the worst thing you've ever done, like in the recent movie The Drama. In the case of Zendaya's character, the worst thing she's ever done (or rather, thought about doing) was pretty extreme, so you understand why she was planning on taking that secret to her grave. I don't think there's anything wrong with keeping your deepest, darkest childhood thoughts away from the love of your life. 

It's pretty healthy to not keep secrets from your partner, especially if it concerns your children. But what if a child wants to confide in one parent without the other parent knowing that they did that?
